Hi There, I'm Courtney!

The girl behind the lens at Courtney Wells Photography. Born and raised in South Florida, I'm a sucker for beautiful natural light and easygoing outdoor sessions.

I love being able to capture those sweet, genuine moments between family and friends. Having the opportunity to document special moments and milestones for my clients brings me so much joy!

When I'm not busy capturing your most special moments - I am a wife to my high school sweetheart, a mom to three sweet boys Mikey, Mason and Miles and the zookeeper to two 90 pound doggos.

For as long as I can remember, I have loved taking photos of everyone and everything. It goes all the way back to my middle school days when my friends and I would run around with my little Sony Cybershot (who remembers those?!) and then eventually my parents gifted me my first "legit" camera! An Olympus E500 that they found on good ole' Craigslist (way before Facebook marketplace existed, haha)! Once I had my hands on that...I was forcing my little brother + cousins to do 'photoshoots' out in the yard, taking it to the county fair to snap shots of all of my friends, documenting my brothers sporting events, etc. It quickly became a creative outlet and something I loved to do, no matter what I was photographing!

Although my camera gear has changed and I am no longer having to strong-arm my siblings or cousins into doing backyard photoshoots...my passion and love for capturing special moments has remained the same. My hope is that by the end of our session, it'll feel like we're old friends and we are all just hanging out, having a good time together!
